Partly sunny & mostly cloudy skies w/ passing scattered showers, rains or thunderstorms will be expected today.   Light to moderate winds from the ENE, EAST (0 to 30 kph) will blow. The chance of rain will be at 60% (HIGH).

Temperature range across the region is from 23 to 31 degrees celsius. 

Moderate waves of up to 7 feet will be expected today along the beachfront and coastal areas of Bicol Region especially those facing the Philippine Sea.
